At Posylo (operated by Mohamed Es-salmy), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a full 100% refund for any subscription payment if the request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time within your business dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain fully operational until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automated charges will be initiated.

To initiate a refund, simply reach out to contact@posylo.com. Once approved, the funds are transmitted back to your original payment source. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
